Humberto Rivero

Humberto Rivero is a skilled technology professional with extensive experience in customer success and software engineering. Currently serving as Team Lead and Customer Success Technical Architect at Confluent since November 2020, Rivero previously held various technical roles including Senior Customer Success Technical Architect and Customer Success Technical Architect. Prior to this, Rivero managed the Enterprise Data and Analytics team at Papa John's International, overseeing a successful migration of the data warehouse to Google Cloud Platform and ensuring project adherence to timelines and budgets.
