Isaac O'Dell

Isaac O'Dell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public sector management and technology integration. Currently serving as Senior Practice Manager at Confluent since September 2023, Isaac's previous roles include Manager of Consulting Services for Aerospace & Defense at Red Hat, where significant contributions were made towards developing consulting services and exceeding revenue targets. Isaac's background also includes leadership positions at Decision Lens, focusing on national security and Department of Defense initiatives, as well as a distinguished tenure with the US Navy, where Isaac piloted the MQ-4C Triton and P-3C Orion aircraft. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy, an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and a Master of Public Administration from Golden Gate University.
