Jeff Demarest

Jeff Demarest currently serves as the Director of US Public Sector Customer Success and Professional Services at Confluent since November 2023, having previously held the position of Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Jeff was a Federal Customer Success Manager at Confluent from May 2022 to September 2023, and an Assistant Director at the Operations Research Center from August 2015 to May 2022, where involvement in project-based research and education supported the Department of the Army and Department of Defense. Jeff's military experience includes roles such as Planner for Future Operations in the US Army, Course Director at the United States Military Academy, and Company Commander in South Korea. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
