Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer Johnson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HRIS at Confluent since January 2019, Jennifer successfully managed the global implementation of Workday HCM and Payroll. Prior to this role, Jennifer held several positions at Quotient Technology Inc., including Sr. Manager of People Operations & Analytics, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations and compliance. Jennifer's experience also includes significant roles at Symmetricom, County of Santa Clara, Aspect Communications, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, showcasing a strong background in HR systems, analysis, and management. Jennifer holds an MBA in Business Intelligence and Analytics from Keller Graduate School of Management, a BS in Technical Management from DeVry University, and an education in Computer Information Systems from Evergreen Valley College.
