Jenny Wei

Jenny (Jingwen) Wei is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax management and accounting. Currently serving as Senior Tax Manager at Confluent since October 2025, Jenny previously held the position of Senior Manager for Global Tax Accounting and Domestic Tax at GitLab from July 2023 to April 2025. Prior to that, Jenny spent over a decade at Deloitte, advancing through roles from Tax Associate to Tax Senior Manager between January 2013 and June 2023. Earlier in career history, Jenny worked as a Sales/Marketing Associate at AC Photonics, Inc., where responsibilities included statistical data collection and client communication. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology from UC San Diego, with further education at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
