Jess Thompson

Jess Thompson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer marketing and executive engagement. Currently serving as Director of Executive Engagement at Confluent since March 2020, Jess has driven initiatives to cultivate customer testimonials and insights to enhance the company's strategies. Previous roles at Confluent included leadership positions in customer executive programs, building frameworks to influence organizational direction. Prior to Confluent, Jess worked at McAfee, managing partner engagement and enablement, and held roles at Texas Health Resources focused on EHR implementation and at T-Mobile managing a technical support team. Additionally, Jess volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for CASA of Denton County, Inc., promoting awareness for service opportunities in the community.
