John Roesler

John Roesler is a Principal Software Engineer at Confluent, where they have been since 2018. Previously, they held various roles including Senior Staff Engineer at Bazaarvoice from 2011 to 2018 and worked as a Technical Writer at 21st Century Technologies, Inc from 2007 to 2009. Roesler has also taught as a Composition Instructor at Texas State University and served as an Editorial Assistant and Intern at the Center for the Study of the Southwest. They hold a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and both a B.A. in English and an M.A. in Technical Communication from Texas State University.
