Joy Caves

Joy Caves is an Executive Business Partner at Confluent, having previously served in similar roles at Benchling and Atlassian. With extensive experience supporting C-Level executives, Joy worked as an Executive Assistant at Singularity University and as an Administrative Specialist at the California School Employees Association. Joy's career began with a focus on administrative support in government roles, including a Human Services Technician position with the City and County of San Francisco. Joy holds a Master of Fine Arts in Photography from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor of Arts in Photojournalism from Columbia College Chicago.
