Katie Gregory

Katie Gregory is an experienced Event Manager currently working at Confluent since January 2025. Previous positions include Lead Producer for Events at ADVOC8 from May 2022 to January 2025, where Katie managed various project types and ensured successful vendor relationships and budget management. As a Project & Program Manager for Events at MedscapeLIVE! in 2021, responsibilities included tracking program statuses and facilitating seamless communication between sales and execution teams. Katie also served as Associate Director of Events at Scott Circle Events, overseeing end-to-end event execution for programs of up to 2,000 attendees, and as Conference & Events Coordinator at MarkLogic, managing an array of events in both the US and Australia.
