Lokesh Allam

Lokesh Allam is a seasoned Senior Solutions Architect at Confluent since June 2022, with previous experience as a Solutions Architect at the same company. Prior to Confluent, Lokesh worked at Cognizant from March 2015 to June 2022 as a Principal Developer, focusing on optimizing and securing cloud applications and transitioning them to an event-driven architecture while managing a globally distributed team for data center migration to the cloud. Lokesh started the career at Infosys, where from December 2005 to March 2015, served as a Project Manager responsible for recruiting, performance management, and team engagement, achieving 100% employee retention, and led a team of Test Engineers for project management and delivery for significant projects in the banking sector. Lokesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SIR C R Reddy College of Engineering and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Government Polytechnic College.
