Lorenzo Nicora

Lorenzo Nicora is a seasoned streaming architect and speaker with extensive experience in data engineering and transformation. They have held significant roles at various organizations, including as a Principal Transformation Engineer at CMC Markets, where they developed low latency streaming solutions, and as a Senior Streaming Architect at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Lorenzo has contributed to the Apache Flink community and led consultancy initiatives focused on architectural designs and skill development within teams. They earned an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Currently, they serve as a Staff Solution Engineer at Confluent.
