Matthias Pohl is an experienced software engineer currently employed at Confluent since May 2024. Pohl has significant contributions to the Apache Flink project as a PMC member and committer since December 2021, having also worked on Apache Flink as part of Aiven's Open Source Team from August 2022 to April 2024.
