Michael Ajith

Michael Ajith is an experienced HRIS Analyst at Confluent since October 2023, previously serving as a Senior Operations Analyst at Fluence from July to October 2023. Prior to that, Michael was an HRIS Specialist at dentsu from January 2020 to February 2023, and gained initial experience as a Data Science Trainee at edWisor.com in mid-2019, as well as completing an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Internship at Spotle.ai in late 2018. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics and Digital Marketing from RVS CAS, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from RVS Group of Institutions, earned in 2018.
