Morgana D'Almeida

Morgana D'Almeida is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in creating and leading design systems. Currently serving as Head of Design System at Confluent since October 2022, Morgana previously held various positions at IBM from July 2016 to September 2022, where significant contributions included the role of Design Lead at IBM Cloud, managing a pattern and asset library utilized by over 200 services, 80 design teams, and 500 developers. Earlier professional milestones include senior visual design roles at Toptal and Morgana D'Almeida Design, as well as leadership positions at Cadmo and Dabliz, focusing on branding and visual storytelling. Morgana's career began in graphic design early on and is underpinned by a degree in Graphic Design from Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo.
