Neha Narkhede is the Co-founder and CEO of Oscilar, a company dedicated to enhancing online transaction security. As a Co-founder and Board Member of Confluent from 2014 to 2020, Neha played a pivotal role in developing real-time data solutions and was instrumental in the creation of Apache Kafka. With prior experience at LinkedIn, Neha led the Streams Infrastructure team and contributed to significant distributed systems, including Kafka. Neha earned a Master’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pune.
