Nickole K.

Nickole K. is a seasoned professional in software development and solutions architecture, currently holding the position of Senior Solutions Architect (Partner) at Confluent since October 2021, while also serving as Confluent Practice Manager and Integration Consultant at Psyncopate, Inc. since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Scrum Master and Software Developer at General Dynamics Mission Systems from January 2019 to December 2020, and a Software Engineer position at the University of Calgary's Student Organization for Aerospace Research in late 2018, where software was developed for rocket sensors and equipment. Nickole also contributed as a mentor for the IBM STEM4Girls Team Tech Club in 2017, encouraging girls in Grades 10 and 11 to pursue software development and startup initiatives.
