Niki Kapsi

Niki Kapsi currently serves as the Country Manager for Greece, Cyprus, and the Adriatics at Confluent, where responsibilities include overseeing data infrastructure initiatives centered on real-time data streaming. Niki has previously held roles as an Account Executive and in business development at Confluent and has extensive experience in sales and client management from positions at Yumi, Everside, and Cartier, among others. As the founder of Athlechic, Niki developed a brand aimed at motivating women to engage in sports through fashion. Niki holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communication from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master's Degree in Luxury Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
