Niklas Richardson

Niklas Richardson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Technical Architect at Confluent since February 2022, Niklas has previously held several key positions at Heroku from January 2015 to February 2022, including Senior Customer Solutions Architect and Principal Customer Solutions Architect. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Development at Kyan and Telemetry, Technical Director at Monochrome, and Managing Director at Prismix Ltd. Niklas holds a BSc in Computer Science from Royal Holloway, University of London, and previously studied at the University of Oxford.
