Ning Shan

Ning Shan is a Senior Software Engineer at Confluent, specializing in the Kafka Performance Team since February 2022, where notable achievements include the creation of a Tableau dashboard for Kafka HealthCheck metrics and a significant improvement in Kafka End-to-End P99 latency.
