Paul Earsy

Paul Earsy is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering, consulting, and product management. Currently serving as Principal Solutions Engineer at Confluent since December 2017, Earsy has progressed through various roles within the company. Prior experience includes significant positions at Splunk, where roles included Senior Advisory Engineer and Senior Field Engineer following the acquisition of Rocana. Earsy's background also encompasses consulting in information systems security through Earsy Consulting LLC, product management at SafeNet prior to its acquisition by Gemalto, and business development roles at Vormetric and SafeNet. Earsy began a career in the tech industry at Cisco Systems in various technical and managerial capacities. Educational qualifications include a BA in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
