Ravi Appalla

Ravi Appalla is a seasoned GTM leader at Confluent, with extensive experience in systems engineering and architecture. They began their career at Bank of America as a Senior Technical Associate, focusing on audit compliance, and later progressed through roles at Cisco Systems, where they contributed as both an Associate Systems Engineer and Systems Engineer Sales. Ravi has held senior positions at DBS Bank and Pivotal Software, developing cloud platforms and digital solutions. They earned a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
