Russ Katz

Russ Katz is an accomplished technical professional with extensive experience in customer success and solutions engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Customer Success Technical Engineer at Confluent since July 2019, Russ has previously held roles as a Customer Success Sr Technical Architect and Technical Account Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Russ worked at DataStax as a Solutions Engineer from April 2016 to June 2019. Russ's career began at Trifecta Technologies, Inc., where an internship led to a rapid advancement to Senior Systems Administrator, playing a pivotal role in the company's remarkable growth from five to over 120 employees. Educationally, Russ attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania between 1999 and 2000.
