Sandy Johnson

Sandy Johnson is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Director of FP&A at Confluent since April 2025. Prior to this role, Sandy held various leadership positions at MongoDB, including Head of GTM Finance and Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, from June 2020 to May 2025.
