Shaun OBrien

Shaun O'Brien is currently the Director of Global Escalation Management at Confluent, having joined in 2021. With experience in the data storage industry since 1999, Shaun previously held roles at EMC where they advanced from Manufacturing Systems Engineer to Manager of Critical Hardware Support. At Pivotal, Shaun architected and established a new global Escalation Management team, influencing product direction and customer satisfaction. Shaun also worked as a Realtor between 2003 and 2004 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
