Simona Katcher

Simona Katcher is a seasoned corporate governance and securities expert with over 20 years of experience advising boards and executive leadership on governance and compliance issues. Currently, Simona serves as Senior Counsel, Corporate at Confluent, Inc., where they focus on corporate governance and securities matters. Previously, they held roles including Senior Managing Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Visa Inc., where they enhanced governance practices and proxy disclosures. Early in their career, Simona worked in senior legal roles at Symantec Corporation and Sun Microsystems, supporting various functions such as tax, finance, and investor relations. Additionally, Simona is an active leader within the Society for Corporate Governance’s Northern California, Hawaii, and Nevada Chapter.
