Stacey Elliot

Stacey Elliot is a seasoned professional in customer success and client services, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for the Americas at Confluent since November 2020. Prior to this role, Stacey held various positions at Gryphon Networks from December 2015 to November 2020, culminating as Vice President of Client Services, responsible for managing over 350 client accounts and achieving high retention rates. Stacey’s career also includes senior management roles at Oceanos, TechTarget, and Prospectiv, where expertise in customer strategy, demand creation, and account management was developed. Stacey holds a Bachelor's degree in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Endicott College.
