Steffen Hoellinger is currently serving as the Field CTO for EMEA at Confluent since September 2025. Prior to this role, Steffen was the CEO of Airy from 2015 to September 2025, where the company developed real-time data infrastructure for AI agents. Steffen was also a founding shareholder of Delivery Hero, a leading global food delivery platform, from 2011 to 2017, and a partner at Team Global from 2008 to 2013, which incubated several successful companies. Steffen held the position of partner and advisor at Point Nine from September 2008 to February 2011, a venture capital firm focusing on B2B SaaS and marketplaces. Steffen completed a BA in Corporate Management and Economics at Zeppelin University from 2005 to 2008.
