Stephanie Petree is the Director of Customer Success Strategy & Execution at Confluent, where they focus on enhancing operational excellence within the Global Solutions Engineering organization. Previously, Stephanie held various leadership roles at Blackbaud, including Manager of PreSales Enablement and Operations and Solutions Engineering Manager, where they excelled in developing strategies and enhancing team performance. Stephanie has a background in the arts as a professional ballet dancer and possesses a Master's degree in Business Administration from The Citadel Graduate College. They are passionate about enabling teams to create innovative solutions for nonprofit organizations through technology.
