Suguna Ravanappa is currently serving as a Manager of Technical Support Engineering at Confluent since May 2023. Prior to this role, Suguna held the position of Technical Support Manager at Algonomy from May 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included hiring and mentoring the customer experience support team, identifying training needs, and aligning with organizational leaders on objectives. Suguna also contributed as a Lead Customer Success Engineer at Fivetran from September 2017 to May 2021, spearheading the support team for the APAC region, and as a Senior Customer Success Engineer. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Solutions Analyst at Aptean from January 2014 to August 2017, specializing in resolving complex customer issues. Suguna holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from RNS Institute of Technology, completed in May 2013.
