Suhas Satish

Suhas Satish is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in building distributed real-time stream processing capabilities, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Confluent, overseeing teams focused on Flink SQL, Flink runtime, and real-time machine learning platforms. Prior to Confluent, Suhas held multiple roles at Salesforce, including Senior Engineering Manager, where management spanned scrum teams working on NLP recommendation systems and chat bot technology. Earlier career highlights include significant contributions at Castlight Health as a Lead Data Science Engineer, and engineering and software roles at MapR Technologies and Broadcom Limited, where work involved machine learning pipelines and ASIC verification. Suhas holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
