Thien Pham

Thien Pham, MPA, CPA, is currently the Global Director of Revenue & Commission Accounting at Confluent, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, Thien worked at Apple from 2017 to 2020, where they managed teams responsible for global revenue and cost of goods sold for various software and tangible products. Their career also includes positions at ConocoPhillips, Wood Group, and PwC, as well as ownership of Lemon Grass Cafe from 2006 to 2008. Thien began their journey in accounting and finance in the early 2000s, establishing a robust background in revenue operations and management.
