Tim Elhajj

Tim Elhajj is a Senior Technical Writer at Confluent since September 2022, previously serving as a Technical Writer at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from 2020 to 2022, where responsibilities included writing for EC2 edge technologies and launching AWS 5G Private Networks. Prior to that, Tim worked as a Principal Content Developer at Oracle from 2018 to 2020, managing technical content for cloud services while collaborating with various cross-functional teams. Tim's experience also includes working as a Technical Writer at Nintex, focusing on Salesforce app documentation, and at Microsoft, where contributions were made to IIS and ALM products. Tim holds a BA in English Language and Literature/Letters from Hunter College.
