Trent Burns is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in partner success and strategic sales management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Partner Success at Confluent since August 2021, Trent leads the global partner sales team and shapes the overall strategy for system integrators and global system integrators. Prior roles include Global Head of System Integrators & Partner Development at Google, where Trent managed the Accenture Google Business Group for Google Cloud, and various leadership positions at Microsoft, including US Sr. Sales Director for Global Alliance Partners. With a strong background in alliance management through positions at Hewlett-Packard, SeeBeyond, Vignette, and IBM, Trent has consistently driven revenue growth and strategic partnerships across international markets.
