Urmi Vora

Urmi Vora currently serves as Vice President of Internal Audit at Confluent since November 2021, previously holding the position of Sr. Director of Internal Audit at Cloudera from April 2018 to October 2021. At Cloudera, Urmi built the Audit and SOX compliance infrastructure and established a cost-effective SOX compliance program, while also managing change, post-merger integrations, and operational audits. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Internal Audit at RGP and Sr. Manager of Internal Audit at Logitech. Urmi's career began at Deloitte as a Sr. Consultant, with subsequent roles at Brocade and Altera. Urmi earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University.
