Vlada Sumko

Vlada Sumko is a Senior Workplace Specialist at Confluent, leveraging a background in facilitation and training that began in 2019. Their career started at Breezemont Day Camp, where they designed engaging activities for children, followed by roles at Apple, including a focus on accessibility and inclusion. They further honed their facilitation skills at Shopify, working with diverse groups and mentoring new team members. Vlada holds an advanced portfolio preparation degree from Glasgow Clyde College and is currently pursuing their education at Lourdes High School.
