Yunxin L.

Yunxin L. is an experienced data science and business analysis professional with a strong focus on banking operations and data-driven decision-making. At Discover Financial Services from January 2023 to March 2024, Yunxin led the migration of legacy financial dashboards to the cloud, developed a self-service NLP model to enhance ticket handling, and implemented an NLP model for analyzing customer call transcripts, resulting in significant improvements in operational efficiency. Previously, at Anaplan from January 2021 to January 2023, Yunxin collaborated with business partners to automate dashboards, managed multiple data models, and developed machine learning models for hiring processes.
