Simon Straumann

Simon Straumann is an Assistant Professor of Finance at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Prior to this role, Simon served as a Lecturer and Researcher at Universität St.Gallen - Hochschule für Wirtschafts-, Rechts- und Sozialwissenschaften and held a position as a Research Assistant at the University of Basel. Simon's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of St.Gallen, completed in 2019, and a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the University of Basel, obtained in 2014.
