Tillmann Wagner

Tillmann Wagner is a Professor of Marketing at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where they hold the Chair of Service Psychology. They previously served as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Texas Tech University from 2005 to 2010. Tillmann completed their doctoral studies in marketing at the University of St.Gallen and also was a visiting doctoral student at the University of Florida. Passionate about translating psychological insights into actionable marketing strategies, they focus on customer journey design and the psychological processes driving customer interactions.
