Frederic St-Germain

Frederic St-Germain has a diverse work experience in various industries. Frederic began their career at GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals as an Instrumentation Technician from September 2006 to December 2008. Frederic then worked as an Electrical Technician at Quebec ocean, Laval University from February 2009 to December 2009. Frederic later gained experience as an Automated Production Intern at BBA, where they focused on mining automation projects from January 2012 to May 2012.

Continuing their career in the aerospace industry, Frederic joined Pratt & Whitney Canada as a Coop Supervisor in August 2012. Frederic later returned to the company as a Materials Engineering Specialist in March 2019. In October 2019, Frederic transitioned to the role of Gestionnaire entretien et réparation at Pratt & Whitney, where they currently work.

Frederic has also held positions at CONFORMiT, a software solutions provider. From August 2013 to August 2016, they served as a CONFORMiT Advisor, managing the implementation projects of the CONFORMiT software and identifying clients' business objectives. Frederic then took on the role of Director of Business Development, where they coordinated interactions with partners to offer an exceptional experience to clients and developed viable projects to improve environment, health, and safety management.

In addition to their industry experience, Frederic served as a Board of Supervision Advisor at Desjardins from April 2016, ensuring ethical practices and cooperative values were upheld, promoting member rights and responsibilities, and fostering member financial independence.

Before entering the workforce, Frederic attended École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) as a student from January 2010 to August 2013.

Following this, from 2003 to 2005, they attended Cégep de la Gaspésie et des Îles and earned a degree in Technicien en Instrumentation et Contrôle. Lastly, from 2010 to 2013, they studied Génie de la production automatisée at École de technologie supérieure.
