Alyssa Hadden

Alyssa Hadden is a seasoned User Experience researcher currently serving as a Staff User Experience Researcher at Conga since July 2022, where notable contributions include establishing The Conga UX Lab and conducting product research and data analysis. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Learning Experience Design at CentSai and Personal Financial Literacy Education Content Specialist at the Colorado Department of Education. Alyssa also worked as a Schools Implementation Manager at EVERFI and Business Development and Program Manager at Junior Achievement of South Texas-San Antonio. Earlier career beginnings featured a position as a Service Team Account Representative at Generations Federal Credit Union and Guest Services at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites. Alyssa holds a UX/UI Design Certification in Human-Computer Interaction from Cornell University and a BA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
