Brian Kyle

Brian is the Chief Financial Officer at Conga, bringing over 25 years of financial leadership experience across both private and publicly traded technology companies. He is responsible for driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and supporting Conga’s continued growth, including the integration of the planned PROS B2B acquisition.

Before joining Conga, Brian held senior finance and legal leadership roles in both private equity–backed and public companies including CFO roles at Caseware, The Stars Group, DH Corp, and Pivot Technology Solutions. He is known for his disciplined execution, strategic focus, and ability to scale organizations for profitability and long-term value creation. Brian is a results-driven leader who builds high-performing teams through trust, collaboration, and accountability.

Based in Toronto, Canada, Brian grew up in Ottawa and has lived and worked across Europe and South America. He holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and an Honorary Doctorate in Laws from Assumption University. Outside of work, Brian enjoys golfing, skiing, and riding motorcycles with friends and family. He’s also a fan of the book Atomic Habits by James Clear, embracing the philosophy that small, consistent changes lead to transformational results.
