Heather Mitchell

Heather Mitchell is an experienced legal operations professional with a solid background in managing projects and initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as a Legal Operations Manager at Conga since March 2024, Heather has previously held the same title at Evolve and Conga, where responsibilities included implementing process improvements, creating reports, drafting NDAs, and maintaining legal document repositories. Prior experience includes roles as a Contracts Analyst and Specialist at Vail Resorts, where Heather focused on drafting and negotiating contracts and managing compliance. Heather began her career as a Marketing Coordinator at Random House, where responsibilities included managing marketing campaigns and overseeing an internship program. Heather holds a Master of Legal Studies from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
