Jason Smith

Jason Smith currently serves as the Global Director for CLM Product Launch & Legaltech Evangelism at Conga and as a Senior Principal for Strategy & Transformation at Alexi. Smith also holds the position of General Counsel at RTA Advisors, LLC, and contributes to the State Bar of Texas as a member of the Task Force for Responsible AI in the Law, where the development of an innovative AI Toolkit for lawyers took place. Over the years, Smith has held various leadership roles within the Corporate Counsel Section, including Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary, as well as positions in the Computer & Technology Section. Smith's extensive experience includes senior leadership roles at DocuSign, World Commerce & Contracting, Elevate, and Deloitte. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Texas State University.
