Jim O'Brien is a seasoned professional in customer experience management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Program Director for Voice of Customer at Conga since May 2021, Jim leads the Voice of Customer program, enhancing customer experience (CX) strategies for a B2B SaaS ecosystem with over 12,000 customers. Prior to Conga, Jim was the Head of Customer Experience at HealthEquity, where insights and experience strategies were developed for over 5 million members. Jim's earlier roles include managing customer insights at JetBlue Airways, earning recognition for a best-in-class Voice of Customer program, and gaining project management experience at ATK Aerospace Systems. Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from the University of Utah and an MBA from Weber State University.
