Justin Michael

Justin Michael is an accomplished finance leader with over 15 years of FP&A experience, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A at Conga. They have previously held significant roles, including Director of Finance at POWDR and Senior Finance Manager at Vail Resorts, where they led financial planning and reporting for large corporate divisions. Justin launched a fractional CFO consulting business, Rime Advisors, to support clients in enhancing their financial operations. They began their career as an Investment Specialist at Bank of America and have also gained experience as a Hedge Fund Accountant at BlackRock. Justin is pursuing a dual degree in Finance and Economics at Northern Arizona University.
