Michael Stein

Michael Stein is an accomplished leader in customer success and strategic operations with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Global Customer Success: Commercial Operations and Strategy at Conga since May 2020, Michael founded and heads a global customer success organization, achieving notable success as the #1 global organization in net new bookings for fiscal years 2024 and 2025. Previously at Apttus, Michael held multiple roles culminating in Global Account Manager, consistently demonstrating outstanding sales performance with multiple Presidents Club recognitions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Field Associate at UCSB's Department of Earth Science and leadership roles in the UCSB Global Environmental Brigades. Michael holds a Master's degree in Technology Management and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science from UC Santa Barbara.
