Molly Haupt

Molly Haupt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and customer success management. Currently serving as the Director of the Response Desk at Conga since April 2014, Molly has previously held key roles at Apttus, including Sales Operations Manager and Manager of Customer Success Operations, where responsibilities encompassed customer reporting and analytics. Prior to Apttus, Molly spent nearly nine years at Zoot Enterprises as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing end-to-end projects for multiple clients. With a foundational career at Cisco as a Content Development Manager, Molly developed and implemented various educational programs. Molly holds a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from San José State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in English Language and Literature and Library and Information Science from Montana State University-Bozeman.
