Stephany Frend

Stephany Frend is a seasoned professional in customer success and partnership management, currently serving as a Digital Success Manager at Conga since December 2022. In this role, Stephany drives customer engagement and success by managing impactful programs that empower users. Previously, as a Customer Success Specialist, Stephany focused on enhancing customer satisfaction throughout their product journey. Stephany also held the position of US Partnership Sales Manager at HYROX, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic partnerships with major brands and collaborating cross-functionally. As the Beast Brand Manager at goodr, Stephany led product launches and consumer engagement initiatives, including the successful Reebok x goodr collaboration. Earlier career experience includes a role at CrossFit, and Stephany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanguard University of Southern California, awarded in 2011.
