Taniya Baveja

Taniya Baveja is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in driving people strategies and organizational development. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of People Partner & DEI at Conga since February 2018, Taniya leads initiatives in HR strategy and talent management across global divisions. Previous roles at ITC Infotech from June 2004 to February 2018 include Director of HR, where Taniya managed HR strategy and change management for North America. Taniya’s expertise includes HR analytics, employee engagement, and compliance, resulting in significant productivity improvements and cost savings. Taniya holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis International University and a BA in Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
