Tejas Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technical Support at Conga since March 2015, Tejas has a strong focus on enhancing customer excellence and optimizing operations at the Ahmedabad center, successfully building a highly skilled team of 30 professionals. Prior roles include Director and Senior Manager of Technical Support, where Tejas established and expanded teams comprised of Salesforce developers and technical support engineers. With an earlier career at Avaya India Pvt. and Siemens Ltd., Tejas managed support teams and provided Level III support to global customers, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to operational excellence and customer management.
